For this week's Hold The Line Podcast, I talk with California State Senator Shannon Grove. Senator Grove is one of the early supporters of Let Us Worship. She invited us to bring worship to the Sacramento capitol in 2020! You may recognize her name because she was in the news last week. She authored a bill to increase penalties on child traffickers, a bill which was inexplicably killed by Democrats in a legislative committee.
After Democrats initially ensured the bill's defeat, we jumped into action and put out a call to pray for this important bill to be revived. If you prayed, then YOU are a part of this story, and YOU are part of the miracle!! God answered our prayers, and the bill was passed and signed into law a few days later. |
