Casta's Rum Bar and La Cosecha are joining forces in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. For one night only, La Cosecha will be transformed into a pop-up late-night dance party with bottle service and beats from top Latin DJs, plus a one-hour Modelo open bar! MINDFUL STRIDES x LULULEMON  


Mindful Strides is a 10-week yoga program for runners powered by lululemon, featuring local and globally recognized yoga teachers, physical therapists and educators from the DMV area. Each 60-minute session will include grounding meditation and breathwork, some physical practice, followed by community engagement and discourse. This enriching program is entirely free of charge for participants. Please bring a mat, block, towel and all the good vibes.
