Impact Report: Chapter 4 Giving as a Team Our mission means a lot to our Hive - we don't just donate clothing, we donate our time together. Here's how: Every month, Bombas employees cook and serve meals at Bowery Mission Women's Residence.
With the Birthday Party Project, we co-host a monthly party at the Samuel Proctor Family Residnece in Harlem to celebrate kids who have birthdays that month. Since the pandemic, we've paused our parties, and instead pour our creativity into birthday wish videos. Once a year, the Hive Giving Initiative empowers employees to pick an organization of their choice to directly donate 2,000 pairs of socks.
