BIDWELL

Bidwell's weekend-only brunch menu includes specialty dishes like cornflake-coated French toast, house-made granola with yogurt and steak-and-eggs Benedict. Thirsty? There's an optional $25 bottomless mimosa pairing.

DISTRICT DOUGHNUT

District Doughnut's menu changes seasonally, so there's always a new flavor (or two) to try. Right now, Nutella S'more and Lemon Bar doughnuts are our summer favorites, but the Vanilla Bean Glazed and Creme Brulee doughnuts are good year-round bets.

HARVEY'S

Making a Ron Swanson-sized breakfast at home? Harvey's is your spot for bacon, country ham and breakfast sausage. Plus, don't sleep on stacked sandwiches like roast beef with cheddar, tomato, and tangy horseradish- perfect to cure a Sunday morning hangover.

CAFÉ UNIDO

La Cosecha's Panamanian coffee roaster, Café Unido serves up espresso drinks sweetened with house-made syrups, plus rarer finds like $10 cups of aromatic, high-end geisha coffee.

DONISIMA

You donut know what you're missing. Come through and treat yourself with a Donisima brioche donut in artisanal flavors like: Margarita, Amor Al Chocolate, Vanilla, Arequipe (Cheese Crumble) and Guava & Cheese.

LAS GEMELAS

The fancy fast casual, Las Gemelas is known for blue corn tortillas packed with hearty meats, moles and homemade salsas. Start your day with a tasty chorizo quesadilla, al pastor tacos or more traditional brunch fare; potato-and-egg tacos and churros.

PLUMA

Longtime pastry chefs Camila Arango and Tom Wellings of Pluma, serve some of the city's best (sweet or savory) breakfast pastries, along with loaves of bread, breakfast sandwiches and savory toasts. Our pick: the chocolate-pistachio croissant.

ST. ANSELM

In need of a hearty breakfast? Head to St. Anselm for bloody Marys, world-famous (in our opinion) buttermilk biscuits and steak-and-eggs with bearnaise. Pro tip: Bring the kids, there's a line-up of booths.

STELLINA PIZZERIA

The Neo-Neapolitan pizzeria's brunch features buckets of Lambrusco and coffee-soaked French toast, plus morning versions of their top-notch pies. It's tough to say no to the Carbonara pizza (or pasta). Or both.
